Who we are
Yū is a members-only nightlife club operating at nightswithyu.com. For anything in this policy, contact us at members@nightswithyu.com.
What we collect
When you apply: your name, date of birth, location, Instagram handle, email and phone (optional). As a member: your sign-in details, your card and points activity, tickets and table enquiries, and your marketing preference.
We never store copies of ID documents. Photo ID is checked against your card at the door and handed straight back.
Why we collect it
To review applications personally, run your membership, admit you at the door, and send the emails the service needs (sign-in codes, ticket confirmations). Marketing emails are sent only if you opted in, and every one lets you unsubscribe.
Where it lives
Your data is stored with our service providers — database and authentication in the UK, hosting and email delivery within the UK/EU and US under standard safeguards. We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Applications that aren't approved are deleted within 12 months. Member data is kept while your membership is active and for a short period after it ends, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or delete it, and withdraw marketing consent at any time — email members@nightswithyu.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
