Terms

Membership is by application and granted at our discretion. Every application is reviewed personally; we don't give reasons for declines. Membership is personal to you, free of charge, and can be suspended or revoked at any time for behaviour that doesn't belong at Yū.

Yū is a 21+ club. Admission of anyone younger is at our sole discretion. Photo ID matching the name and date of birth on your member card is required at the door — no match, no entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone, including for intoxication or behaviour, without refund.

All ticket sales are final — no refunds and no exchanges, except where an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, or where a refund is required by law. Tickets are personal, limited per member, and cannot be resold or transferred. Resold tickets are void.

Line-ups, venues and timings may change. The venue is revealed to members before the night; a change of venue or line-up is not a cancellation.

Points are a loyalty perk, have no cash value, can't be transferred, and the scheme may change or end at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with any event is limited to the price you paid for your ticket. Belongings are brought at your own risk.
